Grass Cutting – Maintenance Subscriptions 2019
To date 65% of households have paid the Annual Subscription. Thank you to those that have paid however we do need to get closer to 100% response to pay our grass cutting costs for the year.
We are appealing to households that have not contributed to do so as soon as possible as there are a couple of other jobs (outside of grass cutting) that we would like to complete if we have the funds to do so.
We will do another envelope drop in the next few weeks and we will look to get email addresses for those houses for which we do not have a current email addresses.
Please see payment methods below. PayPal and EFT are effective because there is no cash handling which minimises errors and payment can be easily reconciled. If paying by EFT please insert address details.
Standing Order would be the best method. If a Standing Order was set up for a date in April it would repeat each year so that the Subscription would be paid in subsequent years without effort.

Parteen Community Alert Area (PCAA)
The Parteen Community Alert Area (PCAA) scheme was setup to alert our community by text when an incident such as suspicious activity or criminal activity is detected in the locality. This will increase the capability of our current protection mechanisms and will allow residents in the estates to hear and react swiftly to such events.
The KBRA committee fully supports this initiative. If you would like to subscribe then please download, print and fill the form below and return along with the nominal fee to one of the committee members.
Committee members: Tom Browne, Eamonn Fitzgerald, Mike Quaid, Joe Ryan, Alan Burton.
